I build a complete, balanced schedule for the full quarter and send it back for your review before it goes live.
Doctors see it on a private site
The schedule is posted on a password-protected website your doctors can check on their phones, subscribe to, or print.
Swaps are included. When two doctors trade a shift mid-quarter, send it over and the site and calendar feeds are updated.

Hi, I'm Matt.
I'm based in Colorado. Every quarter, I build the call schedule for my wife's OB/GYN practice, a group of nine doctors. I started because I watched how much time it took and how much friction it caused, and I knew it could be done better.
Over many quarters I've learned what matters to physicians: fair weekends and holidays, respected vacation and CME requests, post-call days that actually happen, and one place to check who's on. Who's On First takes that same process to other OB/GYN groups.
